PROTIEN PACKED YOGURT BOWL
INGREDIENTS
• 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 scoop M’lis Vanilla MRP • 1 tablespoon almond butter
DIRECTIONS:
• 3/4 cup milk of choice (we like coconut)
• 1/2 cup quick oats
BREAKFAST
• Go CRAZY! Mix together with a spoon and top with raisins, granola, berries, nuts, coconut, or whatever suits your craving!
• Makes 1 serving.
NUTTY MORNIN’ MOCHA
INGREDIENTS
• 2 scoops M’lis Mocha MRP • 6 oz unsweetened almond milk • 1 tablespoon Almond Butter • 1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS:
• Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until desired consistency is reached. Top with bittersweet chocolate and serve!
