               BANGIN’ BERRY BREAKFAST BOWL
                                                                                INGREDIENTS
• 1/3 cup rolled oats
• 2/3 cup water
• 1 tablespoon nut butter
• 1 scoop M’lis Vanilla MRP • 1/4 cup berries of choice
DIRECTIONS:
• 1 teaspoon chia seeds
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 1 tablespoon maple syrup • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    • Mix oats and water and place in microwave for 1-2 minutes. • Remove, and stir in remaining ingredients.
• Top with almond milk, toasted nuts and/or coconut flakes.
