MATCHA PEAR PROTEIN SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
• 1 scoop M’lis Vanilla MRP • 1 pear (cored)
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1/2 teaspoon matcha tea powder • 1 cup spinach
DIRECTIONS:
• Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. • Makes 1 serving.
CARAMEL APPLE SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
• 1 scoop M’lis Vanilla MRP
• 1/2 cup apple chopped fine (or 1/2 cup applesauce)
• 1/2 teaspoon caramel extract
• 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
DIRECTIONS:
• Dash of cinnamon
• 5-10 ice cubes (depending on desired consistency)
• 1/2-1 cup water (depending on desired consistency)
