BERRY-BLUE PROTEIN SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
• 2 scoops M’lis Vanilla MRP • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
DIRECTIONS:
• 1 cup kale leaves
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1/4 avocado
• Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. • Makes 1 serving.
